Bass Booster & Equalizer

Bass Booster & Equalizer is an app designed to modify the audio output from your device, allowing you to tailor the sound of your music and videos. It provides specific tools such as a Bass Boost effect, Volume Boost effect, and a Stereo surround sound effect, alongside a five-band Equalizer. Users can adjust sound effect levels to achieve a desired audio profile, whether for general listening or to enhance specific content. The app also includes 10 preset equalizations, offering quick adjustments for various genres like Rock, Jazz, or Hip Hop, and supports creating a customizable preset.

Adjusting Audio Effects

The app enables users to modify their device’s sound through several distinct effects. The Bass Boost effect specifically amplifies lower frequencies, while the Volume Boost effect increases overall sound output. For a spatial audio experience, a Stereo surround sound effect (Virtualizer) is available. Central to its audio modification capabilities is a five-band Equalizer, which allows for detailed adjustments across different frequency ranges. To simplify tuning, the app offers 10 preset equalizations, including options like Normal, Classic, Dance, Flat, Folk, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, and Rock. Users also have the option to create and save a customizable preset to suit their personal preferences.

Enhancing Music and Video Playback

To apply these sound effects to music or other audio, users first play their content in a music player, then open the Bass Booster & Equalizer app to adjust sound levels and frequencies. Activating the Volume Booster within the app further amplifies the speaker output. For an optimized listening experience, the app suggests using headphones. When enhancing video playback, the process is similar: users adjust the sound level and frequency and control the volume within the app, then allow it to run in the background while playing their video through a video player. The app is designed to work with most Music and Video players.

Customization and Controls

Beyond audio adjustments, the app offers several customization and control features. Users can personalize the app’s appearance with a selection of 16 Colorful Themes. A Cool Spectrum visually represents the audio output, adding a dynamic element to the interface. For quick access and control, three different widgets are provided in sizes 1×1, 1×1, and 2×2. Additionally, notification control allows users to manage the app directly from their device’s notification bar, including a close button to easily exit the application and remove it from the status bar.
